Norm: Of The North(2016)

The story follows (voiced by Rob Schneider), a polar bear with the rare ability to talk to humans—a trait he shares with his grandfather. When an eccentric real estate developer named Mr. Greene (Ken Jeong) plans to build luxury condos in the Arctic, Norm travels to New York City to stop the project by becoming the company's "mascot" and taking it down from the inside.
