Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung hinsichtlich des Unterlassungsanspruchs in Höhe von 10.000 € und hinsichtlich der Kostenentscheidung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
