There are two primary methods to install this firmware depending on whether the TV can still read from a USB port.

Turn off the TV, plug in the USB, and then turn it on. Most universal boards will automatically detect the file and begin flashing (the indicator light may blink rapidly). plug in the USB
Use a small capacity USB drive (e.g., 4GB or 8GB) and format it to FAT32 .
This is the safest and most common method if the TV's bootloader is still functional.
