Look at the bottom of the email or the top of the message thread for a file icon. Click the "Download" (downward arrow) icon to save it to your computer or phone.

If you weren't expecting a file from the sender, do not click download . Generic filenames like "IMG_XXXX.MOV" are sometimes used in phishing attempts to deliver malware.
