The story revolves around a wealthy businessman (Sathyaraj) who lives in a vast joint family and believes in celebrating life like a festival. His son (Mahesh Babu) shares this vision, but tension arises when a relative (Rao Ramesh) feels overshadowed and demands a marriage alliance between his daughter and the protagonist. When it is revealed that the son is in love with an NRI girl (Kajal Aggarwal), the family fractures. The rest of the film follows his journey to reconcile his relatives and restore harmony with the help of another friend (Samantha Ruth Prabhu).
